Terms & Conditions
Purpose
This Agreement is intended to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all personal, energetic, spiritual, emotional,
physical, and metaphysical information shared during sessions between the Practitioner and the Client. This includes
intuitive scans, chakra readings, animal communications, healing guidance, and any verbal or energetic transmissions
provided by the Practitioner.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
The Practitioner provides intuitive and energetic services, including but not limited to:
- Body scanning using Pure Source Energy
- Chakra diagnostics and clearing
- Communication with animals and the client's body consciousness
- Metaphysical insight and healing transmissions
These services are spiritual and energetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or
psychological condition. They are complementary to-not a substitute for-licensed medical or veterinary care.
Confidential Information
For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes:
- All information shared by the Client (verbally, in writing, or energetically)
- Any insights, messages, or revelations that arise during or as a result of a session
- Information about the Client's pets, including behavior, health conditions, or energy patterns
- Audio or video recordings (if applicable), photographs, session notes, and any personal or spiritual data collected or
received during the course of services
Pets and Animal Clients
When the Client seeks services for their pet(s), all information received through communication with the animal or
energetic work performed on the animal is considered part of this Agreement. The Practitioner treats this information
with the same confidentiality and reverence as human-client information.
